Ahhh, the advisory board. Are they worth having? Maybe. It depends.

Today, Joel Diaz gives us a peek “behind the sign” of his advisory board. If you’re a broker/owner, this one will give you some tactical tips;

• Is your board comprised of agents from all different phases of business?

• Is an advisory board position an appointed one? Or an elected one?
