Whether you embrace change or run from it - industry shifts are here. You’d think agents and brokers who are used to turbulent markets and unruly days would easily handle this most recent evolution. However, foundational cracks are beginning to show in some, while others see nothing but increased opportunity. It’s all in how you (and those around you) approach change. One thing we all agree on here - bumpy roads lead to beautiful places. Hang in there everybody!
How are you approaching change? I'd love to hear it...unless you're gently rocking back and forth in a dark corner of a room - lol. As Becky said, we've manged many changes over the years and this could be a great opportunity - just depends how we approach it.
