You're in a renovation
They're messy and full of unknowns. At least be clear about what you're building.
Like it or not, circumstances beyond our control have forced agents into an era of renovation, I might say the same for brokerages, but I can't say for sure since I don’t run one.
Whether renovating a business or a house, we should be clear about what we want.
