It can coach you, correct you—even care for you. But only if you tell it who you are. Without your context, values, and personality, AI becomes just another (big) distraction—and possibly, a downfall.
I recently began unlocking the real power of AI—not just for automating processes, but by bringing my authentic self into the mix, and the results are exciting. The best outcomes stem from taking one key step first. Before engaging, stake your brand claim - have words for what you believe, where you excel, where you don’t, and who you best serve. If you can bring the person to the AI party, you’ll have a much better result.

It’s like following a gold-standard workout program. Even with the best plan, if you don’t account for your own needs, you end up frustrated.
