Break the Business Planning Cycle

Make November the month that kicks 2025 into high gear

I think agents and brokers are tired of recycling the same old business planning strategies, and yet many of you are about to do it again. It's time to break free from this tired cycle, especially now.

The industry has changed, and so should our planning and training.

And yet, innovation or spearheading change comes at a cost. The cost of comfort.

Growth and comfort rarely co-exist, and change can be daunting. But changing an old and tired process doesn’t have to be done alone.

I'm looking for one forward-thinking broker and 5-10 of their agents ready to revolutionize their approach. If you're IBRE curious and eager to stand out in the market, November may hold an opportunity for you.

In November, I’ll offer a one-month intensive at a discounted rate for one group. I have a few finishing touches I’d like to experiment with (hence the discount).

The schedule:
  • Two live sessions per week, for three weeks (6 sessions total)

  • When? Tuesdays & Thursdays 12pm EST (Nov 5th thru 21st)

  • Where? Zoom

  • What’s included? Notion HQ (brand work, marketing collateral, CRM, revenue tracking), videos, and live instruction. Participants will walk away with a personalized “conversion story” to facilitate their brand launch in the new year.
